Jim Russell went way beyond what I would say is normal for a real estate agent; I purchased a HUD home for the first time and had never had as many complications in purchasing a home before, but Jim always found out what needed to be done. Every time I called him he returned my calls almost instantly or within a very short time. Informing your client/customer of what to expect from the home inspector and the home inspection process, Jim has no peer who does that better. He is always on time at the outset of the home inspection, explains what it will cover, the information that is pertinent, and the information that is just information.

When Jim takes his time to “set” up the home inspection this way, it alleviates the pressure for the buyer. For the home inspector it puts you on notice, we are ready for you to do your job in the buying process. The home inspection is so very important, especially for the first time buyer, that how the Realtor begins the process is vital.
